What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training is addressed in multiple sections of the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, Section 11(E) of the Franchise Agreement states that B Bops will provide additional training to franchisees or their employees, and may charge a fee of up to $2,000 for this training.
Furthermore, if a franchisee requests a refresher training course during the term of the franchise, B Bops will provide such training upon payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000. The content of the refresher course will be tailored to the franchisee's needs as communicated to B Bops. Similarly, if a new manager is hired during the franchise term, B Bops will provide an initial training course for the new manager, also for a fee not exceeding $2,000. This initial training will mirror the training provided before the franchise opened.
In both the refresher and new manager training scenarios, the franchisee is responsible for covering all compensation, travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred while participating in the training. This means that while B Bops provides the training, the franchisee must budget for the additional costs associated with attending these sessions.
