What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will undertake activities to determine the suitability of potential sites submitted for approval. B Bops will either accept or reject the site proposal. The company will not purchase the premises and lease it to the franchisee.
For franchisees entering into a multiple-unit arrangement, the franchisee is required to select a proposed site for each franchise to be developed and submit a written report regarding the site to B Bops for approval. The report should include a description of the proposed site and any other information B Bops may reasonably request.
Upon receiving the report, B Bops will investigate the proposed site and, in its sole discretion, either approve or reject the site by written notice to the franchisee within 30 days after receiving the report. Within the same 30-day period, B Bops will advise the franchisee whether or not indoor seating will be required in the construction and operation of the B Bops Restaurant. Therefore, if B Bops rejects the proposed site, the Franchise Agreement will not be executed.
