To maintain uniformity in use of the Licensed System, you will be required by the Franchise Agreement to purchase all items necessary to establish and operate the Franchise in accordance with specifications established by the Company, and to purchase items bearing the "B-Bop's" name and logo (primarily consisting of employee uniforms and paper products) from suppliers approved in advance by the Company. Items to be purchased in accordance with specifications include the following:
- (a) Real estate. Your site must be approved by the Company as being suitable for a B-Bop's Restaurant.
- (b) All materials necessary for construction and decoration of the Franchise premises.
- (c) All equipment and fixtures necessary for operation of the Franchise. Specifications for equipment and fixtures relate primarily to the manufacturer and model number of such items.

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specifications for equipment and fixtures necessary for operating a B Bops franchise primarily relate to the manufacturer and model number of those items. To maintain uniformity within the B Bops system, franchisees must purchase all items needed to establish and operate their franchise according to the specifications set by B Bops. These specifications are detailed in the company's construction specifications, which are provided to the franchisee after the Franchise Agreement is signed and the initial franchise fee is paid.
B Bops estimates that a significant portion of a franchisee's purchases, between 90% to 95% for both establishing and operating the franchise, must conform to the company's specifications. While franchisees are generally free to choose their suppliers for items meeting these specifications, there are exceptions. For instance, employee uniforms and items bearing the B Bops logo must be purchased from suppliers approved by B Bops.
Currently, approved suppliers include Carpenter Uniform Co. for uniforms and Martin Brothers Distributing Co., Inc. for logo-bearing items. B Bops does not receive any revenue or material consideration from franchisee purchases made through these approved suppliers. If a franchisee wishes to use an alternative supplier for uniforms or logo items, they must seek approval from B Bops by providing samples for review. B Bops will then determine if the item meets their specifications and if the supplier will be approved, a decision made at the company's sole discretion.
