Complete and detailed uniformity under varying conditions may not always be possible or practical, and Company reserves the right and privilege, in Company's sole discretion, in any specific instance, to vary standards for any other franchisee or developer based upon the peculiarities of a particular site or location, density of population, business or any other condition which Company deems to be of importance to the operation of such other franchisee's or developer's business.
