Support Trips.
Company will make a minimum of two (2) trips per year to the Franchise Premises to provide on-site support and advisory services to Franchisee for the proper operation of the Franchise.
Each support trip shall be made at the expense of Company and shall be scheduled at Company's discretion.
Additional support trips made at the request of Franchisee shall be at the expense of Franchisee.
Company shall be entitled to conduct an inspection of the Franchise Premises during the course of any support trip.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, B Bops will make a minimum of two support trips per year to each franchise location. These trips are intended to provide on-site support and advisory services to the franchisee to ensure the proper operation of the franchise.
The FDD specifies that B Bops schedules these support trips at its own discretion. This means that B Bops has the authority to decide when these visits will occur. The franchisee does not have control over the scheduling of these mandatory support visits. These support trips are made at the expense of B Bops.
However, if a franchisee requires additional support beyond the two annual visits, they can request additional support trips. These additional support trips, made at the franchisee's request, will be at the franchisee's expense. During any support trip, B Bops is entitled to conduct an inspection of the franchise premises.
