After completion of construction, Franchisee will make no alteration or modification of the facilities, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, appearance or signage (interior or exterior) of the Franchise Premises, except with the prior written approval of Company. Company may in its discretion conduct periodic inspections of the Franchise Premises during the construction phase of the project for compliance with the site specific plans and specifications.

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the construction of a B Bops restaurant, a franchisee must receive prior written approval from B Bops before making any alterations or modifications to the facilities, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, appearance, or signage, whether interior or exterior.
Prior to construction, the franchisee is responsible for selecting an architect to adapt the franchisor's standard specifications to meet local codes and regulations. These site-specific plans must also receive B Bops's written approval before construction begins. B Bops may conduct periodic inspections during construction to ensure compliance with the approved plans.
If a franchisee fails to comply with the approved site-specific plans and specifications during construction, B Bops has the right to delay the restaurant's opening until the necessary corrections are made to B Bops's satisfaction. The franchisee bears the expense of all required corrections and modifications. This ensures that all B Bops locations maintain a consistent brand image and meet the franchisor's standards.
