The Franchise premises is subject to inspection and approval by the Company prior to the commencement of operations. In the event the Company determines that construction of the Franchise premises has not proceeded in accordance with the Company's plans and specifications, the Company is entitled to delay the opening of the Franchise until such time as you have made the necessary corrections at your expense.
