What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a nonrefundable renewal fee of $5,000 if they choose to renew their franchise agreement. This fee is payable in full upon the execution of the then-current franchise agreement.
To renew the franchise, the franchisee must provide written notice to B Bops of their election to renew not less than six months, nor more than twelve months, before the expiration of the current term. At the time of renewal, the franchisee must not be in breach of any material provision of the existing agreement and must have substantially complied with all material terms and conditions during the term.
Furthermore, all monetary obligations owed to B Bops or its affiliates must be satisfied before renewal. The franchisee is also required to execute B Bops's standard form of franchise agreement that is being used on the date of renewal for new franchises. Meeting these conditions ensures the franchisee's eligibility to continue operating under the B Bops brand for an additional term of ten years.
