According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will make a minimum of two trips per year to each franchise location. The purpose of these visits is to provide on-site support and advisory services to franchisees, ensuring the proper operation of the B Bops franchise.
This support generally includes consultation and advice regarding standard operating procedures, addressing specific operational problems that a franchisee may encounter, analyzing financial reports, and assisting with the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns. B Bops will typically provide this assistance through various channels, including telephone conferences, updates to the Operations Manual, written reports or memoranda, and the aforementioned on-site support trips.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that B Bops is committed to providing ongoing support to help ensure the success of the franchise. The on-site visits and other forms of communication are designed to help franchisees maintain brand standards, improve operational efficiency, and maximize profitability. However, the franchisee should be aware that they are responsible for implementing advertising campaigns at their own expense, even though B Bops develops the campaigns.
