What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, B Bops may provide franchisees with suggested retail prices for food and beverage items. However, B Bops and the franchisee agree that any price list is only a recommendation and not mandatory.

Specifically, the FDD states that B Bops providing suggested retail prices is not a representation that those prices will optimize the franchisee's profits. This means that B Bops does not guarantee or imply that following their suggested prices will lead to the highest possible profits for the franchisee.

As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand that while B Bops may offer pricing guidance, the ultimate pricing decisions rest with you. You should conduct your own market research and analysis to determine the optimal pricing strategy for your specific location and customer base. Factors such as local competition, cost of goods, and customer demand should all be considered when setting prices to maximize profitability.
