Does B Bops provide on-site reviews of potential sites?

Except as listed below, the Company is not required to provide you with any assistance.
Company's Preopening Obligations. The Company will provide to you the following services and/or assistance prior to the opening of the Franchise:

- The Company will undertake such activities, including on-site reviews, as the Company deems necessary to determine the suitability of potential sites you have submitted for approval and will either accept or reject your proposal. (Section 2 of the Application Agreement and Section 8(A) of the Franchise Agreement) The Company will not purchase the premises and lease it to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, B Bops does conduct on-site reviews of potential franchise locations. Prior to the opening of a franchise, B Bops will undertake activities, including on-site reviews, to determine if the potential site is suitable. B Bops will then either accept or reject the proposed location.
When evaluating a potential site, B Bops focuses on factors such as the site's size, layout, adaptability for a B Bops Restaurant, population density, traffic patterns, the presence of other fast-food restaurants, the cost of purchasing or leasing the site, and the availability of utilities and public services. The FDD states that there is no set time limit for B Bops to approve or disapprove a site, but the company anticipates the approval process will generally be completed within 60 days after the site submission.
The B Bops FDD cautions franchisees against entering into any binding agreements for the purchase or lease of a proposed site before receiving approval from B Bops. For multi-unit arrangements, the franchisee must submit a written report to B Bops for each proposed site, including a description of the site and any other information B Bops requests. B Bops will then investigate the site and decide whether to approve or reject it within 30 days of receiving the report.
