What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to the company's standards and specifications when purchasing equipment, fixtures, signage, supplies, and food and beverage products. This is to ensure uniformity within the B Bops system. Franchisees must buy these items to establish and operate their franchise.

B Bops has the option to designate or approve specific suppliers, which may include B Bops itself or its affiliates, for these purchases. This means that franchisees might not have the freedom to choose their own suppliers and may be required to purchase from B Bops-approved sources.

B Bops retains the right to introduce new items to the system and mandate that franchisees purchase these items according to the company's specifications or through approved suppliers. This allows B Bops to maintain consistency and quality control across all franchise locations, but it also means that franchisees must stay updated with any changes and be prepared to adapt their purchasing practices accordingly.
