What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 B Bops Franchise Disclosure Document, B Bops will notify the franchisee if the proposed manager is deemed unqualified to manage a B Bops Restaurant. This determination is made by B Bops in its sole discretion during the training course.

If B Bops determines the manager is unqualified, the franchisee is then allowed to select and enroll a substitute manager in the training course. B Bops may also extend the training period for the franchisee or proposed manager if they believe additional training is necessary to complete the course satisfactorily.

This process ensures that all B Bops locations are managed by individuals who meet the franchisor's standards, which helps maintain consistency and quality across the franchise system. The franchisee is responsible for the compensation, travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred by the franchisee or its employees while attending the training course.
