WAL OF FRANCHISE. The Franchise granted hereunder may be renewed at the option of Franchisee upon the expiration of the Term of this Agreement for one (1) additional ten (10) year term upon the same terms and conditions as for initial franchises being offered by Company at the time of such expiration, provided that:

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee has the option to renew their franchise agreement for an additional ten-year term. To do so, the franchisee must meet several conditions, including paying a nonrefundable renewal fee.
The nonrefundable renewal fee for a B Bops franchise is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). This fee is payable in full when the franchisee executes the then-current franchise agreement. In addition to the renewal fee, the franchisee must meet other requirements to renew the franchise agreement. These include providing written notice of their intent to renew, being in compliance with all agreements, satisfying all monetary obligations, executing the current franchise agreement, completing any required remodeling or repairs, providing a general release, ensuring possession of the franchise premises, and completing any refresher training programs. Meeting all these conditions, along with paying the $5,000 fee, allows the franchisee to continue operating their B Bops restaurant for another ten years.
