What is the maximum fee B Bops charges for a refresher training course?

If, during the term of Franchise, you request a refresher training course, the Company will provide such training upon the payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000. The material to be covered in a refresher training course will depend on your needs as expressed to the Company. In addition, if you hire a new manager during the term of the Franchise, the Company will provide an initial training course for such manager, upon payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000. Such training course will be structured in the same manner and cover the same material as the training course provided prior to the opening of the Franchise as described above. You will, in either event, be responsible for paying all compensation, travel, lodging and other expenses incurred while participating in either a refresher-training course or an initial training course for a new manager.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests a refresher training course during the franchise term, B Bops will provide the training upon payment of a fee. This fee will not exceed $2,000. The specific material covered in the refresher training will be based on the franchisee's expressed needs to B Bops.
Additionally, if a franchisee hires a new manager during the franchise term, B Bops will provide an initial training course for that manager, also upon payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000. This training course for a new manager will be structured and cover the same material as the initial training provided before the franchise opened.
Regardless of whether it's a refresher course for the franchisee or initial training for a new manager, the franchisee is responsible for covering all compensation, travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred while participating in the training. This means that in addition to the training fee of up to $2,000, the franchisee must also budget for these additional costs.
