What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is unable to maintain possession of their current location or if both parties agree to relocate, B Bops may assist in securing an alternative site.

B Bops is entitled to charge a franchisee for the expenses incurred while assisting in the relocation of the franchise premises. The maximum charge B Bops can assess for relocation assistance is $2,000.

This charge is in addition to the standard renewal fee. This means that franchisees need to factor in this potential relocation charge on top of other renewal costs if a relocation becomes necessary or is mutually agreed upon.
