Is it mandatory to complete the B Bops training course?

The training course must be completed to the satisfaction of the Company by the person who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Franchise. The Company may in its discretion extend the standard period of training if additional training is necessary in the Company's judgment for satisfactory completion of the course. If, during the training course, the Company determines that the proposed manager is not qualified to manage a B-Bop's Restaurant, the Company will notify you and you will have the opportunity to select and enroll a substitute manager in such course.
If, during the term of Franchise, you request a refresher training course, the Company will provide such training upon the payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000. The material to be covered in a refresher training course will depend on your needs as expressed to the Company. In addition, if you hire a new manager during the term of the Franchise, the Company will provide an initial training course for such manager, upon payment of a fee not to exceed $2,000.

B Bops provides the course and materials at no cost for up to two people, but the franchisee is responsible for compensation, travel, and lodging expenses.
If the person initially designated to manage the franchise does not meet B Bops's standards during training, the franchisee has the option to select a substitute manager for the course. Additionally, B Bops may offer refresher training courses or initial training for new managers hired during the franchise term, with fees not exceeding $2,000. These additional training opportunities ensure ongoing operational standards and knowledge within the B Bops franchise system.
