In the event the Franchise Premises is damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty, Franchisee shall within sixty (60) days of such event implement and diligently pursue such repairs as may be necessary to restore the Franchise Premises to its original condition; or, if the Franchise Premises can be restored in accordance with Company's then current specifications without significant additional cost to Franchisee, Company shall be entitled to direct that such restoration proceed in accordance with the then current specifications.
