What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to submit a written report to B Bops regarding each proposed site for development. This report must include a description of the proposed site and any other information or material that B Bops may reasonably request.

After B Bops receives the report, they will investigate the proposed site and, at their discretion, either approve or reject the site. B Bops will notify the franchisee of their decision in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving the report. If the site is approved, B Bops will also advise the franchisee within the same 30-day period whether indoor seating will be required in the construction and operation of the B Bops Restaurant.

B Bops will consider factors such as the site's size, layout, adaptability for a B Bops Restaurant, population density, traffic patterns, the location of other fast-food restaurants, the cost of purchasing or leasing the site, and the accessibility of utility and public services. While there is no set time limit for B Bops to approve or disapprove a site, the company anticipates that the approval process will generally be completed within 60 days after the franchisee submits the site for approval. The FDD cautions franchisees against entering into any binding agreement for the purchase or lease of a proposed site before receiving approval from B Bops.
