What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, B Bops has the right to interview a franchisee's employees or customers during an inspection.
B Bops can enter the franchise premises during business hours without prior notice to make periodic inspections. These inspections are to ensure the franchisee complies with the standards and policies outlined in the Operations Manual and the terms of the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must cooperate with B Bops' representatives during these inspections and provide any reasonably requested assistance.
This means that as a B Bops franchisee, you must allow B Bops representatives to enter your restaurant unannounced during business hours to conduct inspections. During these inspections, B Bops can interview your employees and customers. You are obligated to cooperate with B Bops during these inspections.
