What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the franchise premises, including equipment, fixtures, furnishings, and signs, in good condition. The franchisee must undertake repairs, redecoration, and restoration to maintain the premises according to B Bops's standards. This includes replacing worn, obsolete, or nonfunctioning equipment, fixtures, furnishings, or signage.

B Bops retains the right to inspect the premises and determine if the franchisee is maintaining the standards for cleanliness, condition, and appearance. If the franchisee fails to correct the deficiencies within ten days or to implement a program for correction, B Bops has the right to enter the premises and make the necessary repairs or refurbishments at the franchisee's expense. The franchisee is then responsible for paying all reasonable expenses incurred by B Bops, plus interest.
