If you are an entity such as a corporation, limited liability company or partnership, you may not be involved in any business or activities apart from ownership and operation of the Franchise (and operation of any other B-Bop's Restaurant pursuant to franchise agreements with the Company).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, your involvement is restricted to the ownership and operation of the B Bops franchise. You are permitted to own and operate additional B Bops Restaurants, provided you have franchise agreements with the company for each location. This restriction ensures that your focus remains on the B Bops business, maintaining the brand's standards and operational consistency.
This requirement is designed to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that franchisees dedicate their resources and attention to the success of their B Bops franchise. By limiting outside business activities, B Bops aims to maintain a high level of commitment from its franchisees, which can contribute to the overall quality and consistency of the brand.
This policy is fairly common in franchising, as franchisors want to ensure that franchisees are not distracted by other ventures. However, it's important to consider this restriction carefully, especially if you have existing business interests or plan to pursue other opportunities in the future. You should discuss this limitation with B Bops to fully understand its implications for your specific situation and business goals.
