What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the initial proposed manager is deemed unqualified by B Bops during the training course, the franchisee is responsible for selecting and enrolling a substitute manager in the training course.
This means that the franchisee bears the responsibility of finding an alternative manager who meets B Bops's standards if the first choice doesn't pass the training. This could involve additional time and resources to recruit and train a new manager. The franchisee also needs to ensure the substitute manager attends and satisfactorily completes the training course.
This requirement ensures that all B Bops restaurants are managed by individuals who have met the franchisor's training standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all franchise locations. The franchisee should consider this potential need for a substitute manager when planning their initial staffing and training budget.
