What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have specific obligations to cooperate with the company's representatives during inspections and assistance periods. B Bops retains the right to enter the franchise premises during business hours for periodic inspections, ensuring compliance with operational standards and policies.
As part of this, the franchisee must cooperate with B Bops's representatives during these inspections and provide any reasonably requested assistance. This includes allowing B Bops to interview employees or customers during the inspection. Franchisees are then obligated to remedy any noncompliance issues noted during the inspection within ten days, or within a longer period if granted by B Bops.
Furthermore, franchisees must make the franchise premises available to B Bops representatives before and after the franchise opens to provide assistance. The franchisee or their manager must be present at the premises during the time that B Bops's representatives are there and must cooperate with them regarding the assistance provided. Continuous noncompliance, even if remedied after each inspection, can be grounds for termination of the franchise agreement.
