What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee or their manager must be available at the franchise premises when the company's representatives are providing assistance. Specifically, this requirement applies when B Bops provides assistance prior to and following the opening of the franchise.
This obligation ensures that the franchisee or their designated manager actively participates in the opening process and can directly coordinate with B Bops's representatives. By being present, the franchisee or manager can receive immediate guidance, address any arising issues, and ensure that the franchise is set up according to B Bops's standards and procedures.
This requirement is tied to Section 8(F) of the franchise agreement, which outlines the company's commitment to providing assistance during the opening phase. The franchisee's cooperation is essential for the successful implementation of this assistance, making their or their manager's presence a necessary component of the support process.
