If, during the training course, Company determines in its sole discretion that Franchisee's proposed manager is not qualified to manage a B-Bop's Restaurant, Company shall notify Franchisee and Franchisee shall be entitled to select and enroll a substitute manager in such course. Company may, in its discretion, extend the standard period of training for Franchisee or its proposed manager if Company deems additional training to be necessary to satisfactorily complete the course.
