What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must cooperate with the company's representatives during opening assistance. Specifically, the franchisee must make the franchise premises available to B Bops's representatives before and after the franchise opens.

During the time that B Bops's representatives are at the premises providing assistance, the franchisee or the franchisee's manager must be present and actively cooperate with them. This cooperation is a requirement outlined in Section 8(F) of the franchise agreement, emphasizing the importance B Bops places on a collaborative opening process.

This requirement ensures that B Bops can effectively guide the franchisee through the initial setup and operational phases, helping to maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means being prepared to dedicate time and effort to work closely with B Bops's team during the opening period, adhering to their guidance and implementing their recommendations to ensure a successful launch.
