What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise must be operated under the on-premises supervision of either the franchisee or a designated manager at all times. The Franchise Agreement mandates that the franchisee devote their full-time efforts to managing and operating the franchise.

However, B Bops allows the franchisee to appoint a full-time manager to handle the day-to-day operations, provided that B Bops approves the manager's qualifications and the franchisee remains actively involved by monitoring the manager's performance. The appointed manager must also complete the training course to the satisfaction of B Bops.

Whether the franchisee or a manager is in charge, the individual responsible must commit to the role full-time and cannot engage in other business activities that could interfere with the franchise's management. If the franchisee is a business entity, its activities must be limited to owning and operating the B Bops franchise.
