What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for purchasing and installing equipment and fixtures according to the company's specifications. B Bops will provide franchisees with these specifications.
Before opening, B Bops will conduct a pre-opening inspection to ensure the franchise premises have been constructed according to the site-specific plans and specifications. If construction does not meet B Bops' standards, the company can delay the franchise opening until the franchisee makes the necessary corrections at their own expense.
Furthermore, B Bops will provide construction plans and specifications that the franchisee will use to create site-specific plans. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring these plans comply with local codes and regulations and for having them certified. These plans remain B Bops' confidential property and must be returned after construction. Modifications to these plans require B Bops' prior consent, and any rights to the modified plans must be assigned to B Bops.
