What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, both single-unit and multiple-unit franchisees receive opening assistance. This assistance is provided for a period of between three and five days prior to the franchise opening, and then for an additional four to six days immediately following the opening. This opening assistance is included as part of the initial franchise fee.

However, it's important to note that while the opening assistance itself is covered by the initial franchise fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of airline and hotel expenses incurred by B Bops's representatives while they provide this opening assistance. These out-of-pocket expenses are in addition to the initial franchise fee and are not refundable.

This type of opening assistance is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as it helps new franchisees get their business up and running smoothly. The duration of assistance offered by B Bops appears to be within a typical range, but prospective franchisees should carefully budget for the additional travel and lodging expenses, as these can add to the initial investment costs.
