What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an applicant should receive the Franchise Offering Circular, including all exhibits, which describes the rights being offered. The applicant must also sign and deliver an Acknowledgment of Receipt to B Bops, confirming they received the Franchise Offering Circular.
The FDD stipulates that the applicant must have possession of both the Franchise Offering Circular and the Application Agreement for at least ten business days before signing the Application Agreement or paying the deposit. This provides the applicant with ample time to review the documents and seek professional advice.
B Bops also advises the applicant to carefully review the Franchise Offering Circular and its exhibits and to contact B Bops if they have any questions about the information provided. This proactive approach ensures that the applicant is well-informed and understands the terms and conditions before making any commitments.
