What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 B Bops FDD, after receiving the Franchise Offering Circular, the applicant must execute an Acknowledgement of Receipt and deliver it to B Bops. The applicant must have possession of the Franchise Offering Circular for at least ten business days before executing the agreement or paying the deposit.
This acknowledgement confirms that the applicant has received and had the opportunity to review the Franchise Offering Circular, which contains important information about the B Bops franchise opportunity. This requirement is in place to ensure that potential franchisees have sufficient time to make an informed decision.
Furthermore, the FDD states that if B Bops decides to grant the rights to the applicant, B Bops will forward appropriate documentation to the applicant for execution. The applicant must execute and deliver this documentation, along with the initial franchise fee or development fee, within fifteen days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered an election by the applicant not to purchase the rights, terminating the agreement.
