What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company has the sole discretion to either approve or reject a proposed site for a franchise. The franchisee is required to submit a written report to B Bops regarding the proposed site, including a description and any other information the company reasonably requests.

B Bops will then investigate the site as it deems appropriate. Within 30 days of receiving the franchisee's report, B Bops will notify the franchisee in writing whether the site is approved or rejected. If the site is approved, B Bops will also advise within the same 30-day period whether indoor seating will be required in the B Bops restaurant.

This process highlights the importance of a good relationship with the franchisor and thorough due diligence on potential locations. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the specific criteria B Bops uses to evaluate sites and understand the potential costs and time involved in securing an approved location.
