B_Bops Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The physical layout of a B-Bop's Restaurant without indoor seating consists of a stylized building of approximately 1,000 square feet, either two drive through lanes which are served from opposite sides of the building or one drive through lane which is served from one side of the building, outdoor eating facilities and a limited parking area. As noted above, the Company has redesigned its building for use in some locations to include approximately 380 square feet of indoor seating which adds approximately 480 square feet to the building. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Company, B-Bop's Franchising Corp., retains the sole discretion to determine whether a specific B Bops location will include indoor seating. This decision also extends to whether the location will have one or two drive-through lanes. Currently, four of the existing B Bops Restaurants include indoor seating.
The standard physical layout for a B Bops Restaurant without indoor seating consists of a building of approximately 1,000 square feet, either one or two drive-through lanes, outdoor eating facilities, and a limited parking area. For locations with indoor seating, B Bops has redesigned the building to include approximately 380 square feet of indoor seating, adding about 480 square feet to the building's overall size.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the decision to include indoor seating is not within their control. While most customers consume their food and beverages off-premises, B Bops restaurants include a walk-up service window and outdoor eating facilities. The franchisor's decision will impact the restaurant's size, layout, and potentially the overall customer experience. Franchisees should discuss with B Bops the criteria and factors considered when determining whether to include indoor seating at a specific location to better understand the potential options and limitations.
