What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the construction specifications will be provided to you after you have executed the Franchise Agreement and paid the initial franchise fee. These specifications detail the requirements for construction materials, equipment, fixtures, and signage.
This means that a prospective B Bops franchisee will not receive the detailed construction specifications until after they have committed to the franchise by signing the agreement and paying the initial fee. This is a crucial point for potential franchisees to consider, as it implies that they will need to make a significant financial commitment before fully understanding the construction requirements and associated costs.
In contrast, specifications relating to inventories of food and beverage items, ingredients, supplies and other items necessary for operation of the Franchise are contained in the Operations Manual provided to you prior to the initial training course. Any modifications which the Company may from time to time make to the specifications will be distributed to you in the form of updates to the Operations Manual or through written reports or memoranda.
Prospective franchisees should carefully evaluate the implications of this arrangement and consider requesting additional information or clarification from B Bops regarding construction costs and requirements before signing the Franchise Agreement. Understanding these costs upfront is essential for making an informed investment decision.
