What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a developer is not permitted to make any partial transfer of their development rights. Any transfer of the development rights requires the developer to transfer all of their rights, title, and interest in the Multiple-Unit Development Agreement.

This means a B Bops developer cannot sell off a portion of their territory or development rights to another party while retaining the rest. The entire agreement and all associated rights must be transferred as a whole.

This policy ensures that B Bops maintains control over who is developing their franchise locations and prevents the fragmentation of development territories. A prospective franchisee should carefully consider this restriction before entering into a Multiple-Unit Development Agreement with B Bops, as it limits their flexibility in managing their development rights.
