What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company is responsible for conducting a training course at its principal office prior to the franchisee opening their B Bops Restaurant. This training is for the franchisee or their proposed manager and must be completed to B Bops's satisfaction. The training includes on-site instruction regarding standard management procedures for operating a B Bops Restaurant.

B Bops will provide the course and all necessary materials for up to two people as part of the initial franchise fee. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all compensation, travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred by themselves or their employees while attending the training. If B Bops determines that the franchisee's proposed manager is not qualified during the training, the franchisee can select and enroll a substitute manager.

B Bops retains the discretion to extend the standard training period for the franchisee or their manager if they deem additional training necessary for satisfactory completion of the course. This ensures that all franchisees and managers are adequately prepared to operate a B Bops Restaurant according to the company's standards. The approval of the franchisee's manager by B Bops will not be unreasonably withheld, provided the manager has completed the training course to the company's satisfaction.
