What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you already own an existing B Bops franchise and are looking to purchase an additional franchise, you are not required to execute an Application Agreement or pay a deposit to B Bops. This applies whether you are purchasing a single additional franchise or expanding under a multiple-unit arrangement.
This policy simplifies the process for existing franchisees who wish to expand their operations. Typically, the application process and deposit are in place to allow B Bops to assess the suitability of new franchisees. However, since you are already an approved franchisee, these steps are waived, streamlining the process of acquiring additional franchises.
While the application agreement and deposit are waived, keep in mind that you will still need to execute a Franchise Agreement and pay the initial franchise fee for each additional location. For a single-unit arrangement, the initial franchise fee is $25,000 if you already own and operate an existing franchise. For a multiple-unit arrangement, the initial franchise fee is $20,000 for each additional franchise established after the first one.
