Does the agreement with B Bops constitute a commitment by the company to grant the Rights to the Applicant?

According to B Bops's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Application Agreement does not obligate B Bops to grant the applicant the rights to purchase a franchise. Both the applicant and B Bops have the right to terminate the agreement at any time by written notice. If B Bops decides not to grant the rights, the agreement is immediately terminated, and the applicant loses any interest in the trade area.

If B Bops decides to grant the rights to the applicant, they will provide the necessary documentation for execution. The applicant must execute and return the documents with the required initial franchise fee or development fee within fifteen days of receipt. Failure to do so is considered an election by the applicant not to purchase the rights, terminating the agreement and nullifying B Bops's grant of rights.

The applicant acknowledges that the agreement is not an offer of rights by B Bops, nor a commitment to grant those rights. The applicant also confirms that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements have been made that are not included in the agreement. Furthermore, the applicant acknowledges that B Bops has not made any statements or representations regarding revenues, profits, or the success of the business.
