- (8) Voluntary abandonment of the Franchise, including acts or omissions indicating a willingness, desire or intent to discontinue operating such business, or an obvious disregard for the operation of such business in accordance with the quality standards and uniform requirements set forth in this Agreement and in the Operations Manual.
