What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the excerpts provided do not contain information on how the Azal Coffee transfer fee is calculated. The document does mention that transfer fees are among the payments franchisees must make, and that the specific terms of agreements, including transfer fees, may vary among franchisees. The FDD also states that the franchisee or proposed transferee must take actions to ensure the franchise business complies with current standards before a transfer.
Since the method of calculation is not specified in the provided excerpts, it is important for a prospective franchisee to ask Azal Coffee for detailed information regarding the transfer fee.
Specifically, the franchisee should inquire about the exact formula or method used to determine the transfer fee, any conditions that might affect the transfer fee amount, and whether the transfer fee is negotiable. Understanding these details is crucial for making an informed decision about investing in an Azal Coffee franchise and planning for potential future exit strategies.
