Administer and control the marketing fund for the benefit of the Franchise Marks and Franchise Systems and review for approval any local advertising proposed by you (Sections 4.3 and 5.8, and Article 9 of Franchise Agreement).
All advertising by you in any medium must conform to our standards and specifications and must be approved by us in writing before it is used. You must not use your own advertising materials without our prior written consent. If you develop your own advertising materials, you must submit them to us for approval at least 30 days before use. We have the right to disapprove the use of any advertising materials by you at any time. You must discontinue the use of advertising materials immediately on receipt of our written notice, even if we previously approved the use of advertising materials.

According to Azal Coffee's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, any local advertising you propose for your Azal Coffee store must be reviewed and approved by Azal Coffee.
