You acknowledge that we may, from time-to-time, provide optional templates for certain employment policies, including without limitation, a sexual harassment policy. You have sole discretion as to adoption of any such policies and procedures and the specific terms of such policies and procedures. Training with respect to all such policies and procedures shall be your sole responsibility.
