Periodically visit your Store at such intervals we deem appropriate throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.

During these visits, we will evaluate your operations and provide any operational advice and assistance deemed necessary by us.

We will also provide reasonable operational advice and assistance to you by email, other internet resources, or telephone, including advice on specific Authorized Products, if requested by you (Sections 5.7 and 10.3 of Franchise Agreement).

The result of the visit could result in required changes to the operation of the location.
