We do not guaranty that you will be able to start training after the 30 day period, but we will use reasonable efforts to schedule you for the initial training program as soon as possible after the 30 day period. We reserve the right to waive a portion of the initial training program or alter the training schedule, if in our discretion, a designated owner or the manager has sufficient prior experience or training.
