What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Azal Coffee's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Azal Coffee will periodically visit a franchisee's store throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement. During these visits, Azal Coffee will evaluate the store's operations and provide operational advice and assistance that they deem necessary.
The FDD states that the result of these visits could result in required changes to the operation of the location. While the FDD specifies that changes could be required, it does not elaborate on the types of changes that could be required, or the recourse a franchisee has if they disagree with the changes.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with Azal Coffee about the types of changes that could be required, how frequently stores are typically visited, and what options a franchisee has if they disagree with the changes that Azal Coffee requires.
