What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Azal Coffee's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Azal Coffee franchise can be situated in various locations, including attached or free-standing buildings within commercial complexes, strip malls, or shopping centers, or any other location approved by the franchisor. The size of these locations can range from approximately 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, providing seating for 30 to 100 customers.
Azal Coffee franchises are typically found in metropolitan areas or their surrounding suburbs, with a focus on high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and customer access. The FDD specifies that the franchise location must adhere to the franchisor's specifications regarding size, layout, color scheme, and décor, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all locations.
Prospective franchisees should consider the importance of securing a location that meets these criteria, as the franchisor's approval is required. The size and seating capacity requirements also impact the initial investment and operational costs. Securing a location in a high-traffic metropolitan area or suburb can be competitive and may command higher rental rates, but it also offers the potential for increased customer volume and revenue. Franchisees should carefully evaluate potential locations based on these factors and in consultation with Azal Coffee.
