According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aw can require additional training or terminate the franchise agreement for a Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant if they determine during a training program that the franchisee (or their approved Owner) is not qualified to manage the restaurant. In this case, Aw can mandate the franchisee attend and successfully complete additional training. If the franchisee fails to do so, Aw can terminate the franchise agreement, with termination effective upon written notice.

Additionally, if Aw determines that a proposed operating manager is not qualified, the franchisee can select a substitute manager and enroll them in the training program, though additional fees may apply.
