What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aw may require a franchisee to accept additional guidance and assistance if the franchisee is not operating their Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant in compliance with the Franchise Agreement. This is to ensure that all franchisees adhere to the standards and procedures outlined in the agreement.

Aw also offers additional guidance and assistance at the franchisee's request, but at Aw's sole discretion, for a fee. This allows franchisees to seek support when they feel it is needed, although Aw is not obligated to provide it. The initial franchise agreement includes on-site start-up assistance and training for 3 days around the time the restaurant opens.

This policy ensures that Aw has the ability to intervene and provide support to franchisees who may be struggling or not meeting the brand's standards. It also provides an avenue for franchisees to seek additional help, although it is not guaranteed. Franchisees should be aware of the conditions under which Aw may require additional guidance and the potential costs associated with requested assistance.
