According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aw will provide standards and specifications, as well as a list of approved suppliers, for franchisees to purchase furniture, fixtures, equipment, computer systems, signs, inventory, materials, and other supplies necessary to begin operations of a Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant. This information is typically provided before the restaurant opens.

During the operation of the Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant, Aw will furnish guidance and assistance in purchasing approved fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, inventory products, operating materials, and supplies. This guidance will be furnished in the Operations Manual, lists of approved suppliers, other written materials, electronic communication, consultations by phone, and/or consultations at Aw's office or at the franchisee's Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant.

Aw also issues, modifies, and supplements the standards, specifications, and procedures for purchasing and for the operation of Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurants. The Operations Manual may be modified at any time to reflect changes in the System, including additions to and deletions from authorized products and services, specifications, standards, and operating procedures of a Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant and under the Franchise Agreement.
